When we went to the mall two weeks we saw this beautiful Hyundai car. We can’t believe how really affordable cars have become these days. That Hyundai car costs only 28k for downpayment plus 17k monthly. For a two-income household this sure is affordable.

We don’t know yet if that car has the reliable Delphi electric fuel pump but we’ve heard its a good buy. When our friend visited us this week we saw that he owned one exactly like the brand new car we saw in the mall. He has high praises for it too so we know it’s of good quality.

Anyway, for now we’ll be prioritizing our house. After that we can buy a new car for our growing brood.

I was wondering when Mother’s day was. Hubby said it’s going to be on the third week of May. Then almost instantly I realized that Father’s day is coming up too. I know I can’t let this pass without giving my Dad a gift. I haven’t given him anything in my whole life. Ouch, I realized I’m an awful daughter.

Anyway, this year I’m going to make it up to him. That’s why I’m searching online for great gifts for dad from daughter. And I think I finally found what I’ve been looking for. My Dad loves chocolate and sports so these hand-dipped sport berries would be perfect!

I have been wanting to make Photo Christmas Cards to send out to relatives every December but I wasn’t able to do it. But now that we have two kids already I think it’s the perfect time to do it. Photo Christmas cards can serve as a greeting card to give your friends and relatives. It will also serve as a family memento. If we do it every year then we can have a collage of family pictures year after year. It would be such a delight to see when the kids are all grown up. Yes, I definitely have to start this tradition this year. If not then I will regret it for sure.

The extra hot summers are making me nervous. They say if the summers are really hot then expect a really cold winter after. That’s why I have to make sure to buy extra electric blankets before winter comes. I know I can get it at a cheaper price during the summer but come winter time it will be expensive to buy one. It helps to think in advance of what your family will need so you can save more money in the long run.

If Lady Gaga is known for anything, it’s her outrageous costumes. She will not disappoint because aside from what she’ll be wearing brace yourself for the design of the stage. It will be over-the-top for sure.

Imagine achieving success twice in her life – first as a member of Spice Girls and now, as a high end fashion designer! It just goes to say success is really not an accident. It can be achieved through hard work and perseverance.

When I started blogging, I didn’t know that I will love every minute of it. Five years later, I am still blogging and now own several blogs.

If only I had known I will be writing blog posts as my career, I would have taken up creative writing or journalism in college. There’s no use regretting the past. At least now there are Online bachelor degree programs to help me in the future. I am not decided as of the moment but if I want this to be a long time career I should definitely consider actually doing it in the future.

It’s now summer in the Philippines and I am so excited on the upcoming swimming out-of-town that we will be having with my family. I have this morena skin already and I always feel IN during at this season While others are wanting to have a summer tan, for me, it’s natural. But for those who has fair complexion, tanning has now made easy through spray tan. How cool! For me, this one is a lot safer and easier too, than having a sun bath. You wouldn’t have to worry about having to stand on the harmful sun rays already. What an easy way to have that summer tan.

This year I hired my first employee. It was a nerve wracking experience at first because I didn’t know what to expect. The first hurdle was choosing among the list of applicants. I had to choose them based on their experience. I chose two and sent a task for them to accomplish. I hired the one who has done the task correctly. She was also the first to accomplish it.

So now she has been working for me for two weeks already. I am satisfied because she is resourceful. I am thinking of giving her some funny t shirts as a gift when her contract is done.
